The Essential Health helps provide insurance protection to you and your family members for covered illness or accident expenses, right from the very first day of coverage– for less than you think. Coverage amounts automatically increase every 3 months, for 10 years, with NO increase in premium– regardless of whether or not you’ve used your coverage.

Benefits At A Glance

* Insurance benefits are provided on the first day of any hospital stay as a result of a covered accident ($400/day) and from the first day of any hospital stay lasting more than 3 days as a result of a covered illness ($200/day).

* Get $300 per visit for covered Emergency Room accident treatment (4/year) and $50 per covered doctor visit (3/year).

* A Lump Sum Benefit of $5,000 after any hospital confinement of 30 consecutive days and $10,000/ after any hospital confinement of 60 consecutive days – This benefit can help lessen the financial impact following a covered long-term illness or injury.

* Coverage includes a $200 benefit should you require ambulance transportation due to a covered accident (2/year).

* 3 Tiered Prescription Drug Plan. This program is accepted at over 50,000 participating pharmacies nationwide. The plan is based on a listing of the most commonly prescribed medications, both brand name and generic. These medications are broken into payment tiers of $10, $20 and negotiated rate levels.

* Save up to 50% on physician care and eye care at thousands of participating providers nationwide through our Essential Health Discount Network*.

* Choose your own doctor or hospital. Insurance benefits are provided regardless of the doctor or hospital you choose. Utilizing a provider affiliated with the discount network will provide additional discounts.

* We offer Guaranteed Acceptance for anyone - ages 18-65.

* With Essential Health, you can elect individual or family coverage. With our family plan, you can receive valuable insurance coverage if your spouse or child is hospitalized. Our family plan covers your Spouse with 50% of your plan benefits and your dependent children with 20% of your plan benefits. Individual coverage is available for $29.95/month; family coverage is available for $45.95/month.
